Fabric expansion joints are made of various layers of different materials ( more than 100 different types of fabric and felts made of glass, silica, ecological ceramic fiber, wiremesh, skived PTFE foils, PTFE laminated and cross -laminated fabrics)
All these materials are assembled together to create a single element which is characterized by a harmonious combination of all the properties of its components.Our expansion joints are designed to operate at very high temperatures ( over 1600°C) in highly aggressive environments.
